Nikon Z6 vs Nikon D4s
These cameras are both manufacturered by Nikon.Nikon Z6 were released 2018 and Nikon D4s was released 2014. That is a 4 years difference. In tech, this period of time can be of interest since technology is always improving etc.
Type of camera
Nikon Z6 is a Mirrorless camera while Nikon D4s is a DSLR camera. More information about their differences will come soon.
Sensors / crop factor
Both these cameras have the same sorts sensor (called "FX") which means that if you compare the cameras side by side the lenses will also have the same experienced focal length. Since both cameras have a Full frame sensor there will be no crop factor.

Nikon Z6 has a 51 % larger resolution than Nikon D4s. This could give you more details in the picture but also a possibility to crop more in the pictures, afterwards while editing the pictures, if needed that is.
Autofocus and lens compatibility
Both of these cameras have a built-in autofocus motor. Some lenses, that supports autofocus, does not have a autofocus motor of their own but this wont cause any problems with these two cameras.
Pictures per second
Depending on what you are shooting the FPS, or frames/pictures per second, can definately be of interest. Nikon Z6 can shoot up to 12 pictures per seconds and Nikon D4s can shoot up to 11 pictures per seconds.
